Stalls for non for profit or charitable organisations are provided at no cost. There is a refundable deposit of $50 to be paid at time of booking a stall. This will be returned in cash when you arrive in on the day. Deposit is forfeited if you cancel your attendance within 7 days of the event.
All products must be strictly vegan. Please provide as much information as you can about your product when making the application as well as an indication of prices.
All stall holders are required to bring a portable shelter for the stall (marquee etc) and your own table and chairs. Marquee's are required by the venue rules to be weighted down suitably.
Power is limited and will be available to very few stall holders. This year preference will be given to stalls that do not require power or can provide their own power. If you have a requirement for power please mention this in your application and your request will be considered (NB power will NOT be provided unless arranged prior to the event. Your request below should be very specific in the type of power and how many outlets you require). If you require power and your site is approved of it then there will be added expense of $50 per stall.
